Have A Glass of Red Wine
Red wine has been shown to be healthy for the heart and reduce stress when consumed in small amounts. With that kind of logic, who could refuse? If you have kids and they're off to bed or don't have kids but have had a long day, uncork a bottle of red. Let it breathe for at least 20 minutes and enjoy. If you can share it with a friend or a partner, all the better.
Draw A Bath

He becomes so hooked on the relaxing experience, the music, the candle, the bubbles, that he steals the next bath that Monica draws up for herself! Unabashedly, Chandler was pursuing the path of peace. Drawing a bath up for yourself is a great way to take the stress out of a long day and help your body and mind just relax the way they need to. Whether it's putting in some scented bath salts, dropping in a bath bomb, or lighting some candles(or all three), a bath is the perfect way to unwind on a weeknight.
